1. Log in to the IXC ACS.
2. In the main menu, find the icon represented by several people or the Users option.
3. Click to open the panel and explore the options available.

Configuration and User Management

1. New User Creation

1. Click New User.
2. Fill in the required fields:

• Full name
• E-mail
• Password
• Group (define user permissions group)

3. Set the appropriate access level for the user.
4. Assign specific permissions as needed.
5. Click Create User to finish.

Strong password tip

For a secure password, use a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, special characters and at least six digits.

3. User Deactivation

1. Access User Menu
2. Find the user you want to disable in the list.
3. Click on the removal icon.
4. Confirm the action in the dialog window to disable the user.

4. Permission Management

1. Access the Users menu.
2. Select and click Edit on the desired user.
3. In the User Group field, click Edit.
4. You will be redirected to the User Group screen.
5. Click the Access Permissions button.
6. Select or uncheck the check boxes to grant or revoke access to specific features. Permissions may include:
