Home Device Screen (Summary)

Introduction

The Home Device Screen is a central interface in the ACS system that provides a comprehensive view of all equipment connected to the server. This screen provides detailed information about each device, allowing administrators to efficiently monitor, manage and analyze the equipment network.

Access to the Home Device Screen

Path: Devices Menu > Edit > Summary tab.

1. Displaying Device Information

The screen displays a table with crucial information about each device, including:

  • Status
  • PPPoE Login
  • Serial number
  • IPv4 and IPv6 address
  • Firmware
  • Manufacturer
  • Description
  • Device model
  • Last connection.
  • Inserted in
Use this information to quickly evaluate the status and configuration of each device on the network.

2. Column Customization

Allows the user to select and organize the columns displayed in the table.

  • How to customize:*
  1. Click the Colunas button.
  2. Select or remove the selection of the desired columns.
  3. Drag the columns to reorganize them as needed.
Personalization of columns is saved per user, allowing each administrator to have their preferred view.

3.Research bar

The search bar allows you to quickly locate a specific device on the system.

  • How to use the search bar:*
  • Select the search type: Choose the category you want to search for, as:

  • Login

  • Serial Number

  • Model

  • Manufacturer

  • IPv4

  • IPv

  • Firmware

  • Description

  • . Please enter the search value: Enter the term corresponding to the desired device.

  • . Use additional filters (optional): Apply filters to refine the search and facilitate device location.

Tip!

To search for devices through management IP (DHCP), use the search bar and make sure you select the IPv4 category to succeed.

For customers using the IPOE connection type (no PPPoE authentication), the login field will display the same login information in the IXC Provider. For this, it is necessary to configure the integration correctly.

4. Filter application

It offers the ability to filter devices based on specific criteria.

  • How to apply filters:*
  1. Click the button Filters.
  2. Choose the desired column to filter.
  3. Select the appropriate operator (e.g. equal to, contains, larger than).
  4. Enter the value for the filter.
  • Example of use:* Filter Huawei or ZTE brand devices for specific equipment analysis of these manufacturers.
If you use a filter frequently, it is possible to mark it as a favorite to facilitate its use at other times.

  • *As a favorite filter:
  1. Configure the desired filter in the search bar.
  2. Select the option to bookmark the filter.
  3. The filter will be saved and can be accessed quickly whenever necessary.

This functionality is ideal for searches that need to be performed daily or repeatedly.

Visibility of Compatible Devices

To identify an approved device, look for the icon " This symbol indicates that the device was approved by the IXC CHA team. To learn more about the capabilities of the device, visit:

  1. Devices Menu.
  2. Select the desired device to view the information.
  3. Click on the three-point vertical icon, located in the upper right corner of the system screen.
  4. Select option About.
  5. A modal will be opened containing all validations of the device features.
Operating Tags

-Functional: The device has full functionality support via TR-069 protocol. -Partially functional: The device supports some of the features listed. -No capacity: The device does not support functionality via TR-069.

Note: If the device has not yet been approved, a warning will be displayed on the "About" screen.
