Devices Menu - Overview
Introduction
The Devices menu is used to track and edit the devices pointed at the system**. Through it, it is possible to perform quick and precise searches**, facilitating the identification of the desired device.
Path: Devices Menu.
The search functionality for CPF is available in ACS from version 3.80.0. In the IXC Provider, it is present in the system version Beta. The forecast for availability in the version Stable is from February 2026. Menu Structure Search filters The Devices menu has search filters that facilitate the location of the records according to how the provider organizes and uses the information on a daily basis. For example, if the identification of the client device (router or ONT) is usually done by technical terms, such as Login (PPPoE) or Serial Number, just select one of these filters, inform the corresponding data and perform the search. If your provider uses CPF or CNPJ of the client as a reference to locate devices, it is also possible to perform the search in this way. For this, simply change the filter from Login to CPF/CNPJ and fill in the desired information. ################################################################################################################################################################################################################################################################

The search field is on the left side of the screen. It serves to search for specific information, searching only within a type of data.
Items can appear in different orders on the screen as it is possible to change the order of display of columns by the button Setting.
I'll be right there # How to ensure that customer data appears correctly in IXC ACS
For information such as social reasons, CPF/CNPJ and contact data**(telephone) to appear correctly inIXC ACS, it is necessary that integration withIXC Provider is configured correctly. To perform this configuration, see the materials below:
Requirements for device binding
-Login PPPoE -MAC -IP (IPv4) These data must be filled in both the IXC Provider and the IXC ACS.
-IP (IPv4) -MAC Attention: If the information is not equal in both systems, when performing the integration update routine, the link with name, number and phone will not be performed, and these fields will remain blank.
Synchronized IXC data Provider for the IXC ACS
From integration, the following fields are updated in the IXC ACS:
Social reasons Social reasons
Main phone
This data is also integrated with the SubscriberCentral and the Opa! Suite, ensuring consistency of information throughout the system.
Settings available
In this device search form**, there aretwo configurationsthat help to improve system usage**line density and column sorting:
1. Line density:
Line densitydefines how many records are displayed on the screen and the size of each item, helping to make the display more comfortable for the user.
- High density: displays more records, with items in smaller size.
- Average density: displays a balanced amount of records**, with items in intermediate size.
- Low density: displays less records**, with items in larger size and more spaced on the screen. Two. Column sorting The column orderingaffects only the user's own visualization. This means that when changing the position of a column, the change will be applied only to those who made the change**. To change the position of a column, click on the icon and drag the field** to the desired order.
Final considerations
The Devices menu was developed to facilitate the localization, organization and editing of devices registered in the system**. With the use of search filters and configuration options, the user can adapt the visualization as needed, making the process faster and more efficient. Features of lines density** and column ordering** contribute to better usability, allowing each user to customize the way information is displayed without impacting the visualization of other users.
