Final considerations
The DM986-416, manufactured by Datacom, integrates a comprehensive set of essential features validated through the IXC ACS system, in order to meet various connectivity needs of its customers. Among its main capabilities is the management and configuration of network interfaces, including IPv6 support and VLAN configuration. In the context of local connectivity, the device ensures robust control over the DHCP server, gateway and DNS configuration for both IPv4 and IPv6. The administration of the Wi-Fi interfaces is quite comprehensive, allowing enabling and disabling, adjustment of SSID and channel settings for frequencies of 2.4GHz and 5.8GHz. However, the bandwidth in the Wi-Fi configuration is not manageable via IXC ACS.
