Devices without TR-069 Support
Introduction
In the device type approval processes, it is possible to identify which models are compatible with TR-069, in addition to verifying those that do not have support. This document presents the list of devices that are not supported in CHW management, because they also do not support TR-069 protocol.
TR-069
The TR-069, which is an abbreviation of Technical Report 069, is a technical specification of the DSL forum, which later became called Broadband Forum. This specification is named CPE WAN Management Protocol, or CWMP, in English. It was created to define an application protocol that allows remote device management by end users in an easy and efficient way.
As a protocol that works bidirectionally using SOAP and HTTP, it facilitates communication between the equipment installed in the user's home or company (called CPE) and Automatic Configuration Servers, known as ACS. The TR-069 ensures safe automatic configuration and also provides control over various management functions of these devices, all within an integrated and easy to use system.

Final considerations
Before acquisition, it is essential to verify the compatibility of the device with the TR-069 protocol, particularly in case of the need for remote management through the ACS. In addition, the approvals take into account the firmware version, since different versions can modify features, even on devices of the same model and brand.
